Well he would not broadcast it would he.. that would be illegal. it can be seen in the market dept by continual wall building on the sell side. Mopping up on the buy side. Indeed they are retail investors selling.
yes there are updates on change in substantial holdings.. but not individual sell/buys as you would usually see.. just the total which has always increased. convenient? Surely you can understand the strategy.
