Hi Longtime I do get where you are coming from but brokers and sophisticated investors transfer shares off market that do not affect the SP price . You will not see a change in holdings of institutions (brokers ) as they do these sales to investors, until these presentations are released. But you will see when the sophisticated investors if they become a substantial holder any change to their holdings are released . I doubt that Institutions/ brokers are capping the SP as they are selling off market . I raise these points as i was invited to purchase in the same way in another company which i excepted . No where close to being a substantial holder and the only time it would show is a reduction of the institutions reduction of percentage of their holdings. This is why i think its traders and retail .
