It is as Stag11 has said above.
CVN will not pat Australian tax on it’s earnings in TL, and therefore will not have franking credits from operations there.
If you need more discussion on it I will leave it to someone with better tax knowledge than me, I only know the basics, and what I have stated is about the limit of my knowledge on the subject.
