The lease within which the buffalo field sits now crosses the new maritime border with (going from memory so please correct if wrong) something like about 30% of the lease being within the new TL waters and the remainder within the AUS waters.
The buffalo field itself sits within that 30% TL part which is why the ratification is important.
The remainder of the lease sitting in aus waters has several prospects that CVN are looking into.
