    so everyone happy if tim directors do placement at 10c which is in equilibrium with timpb at est. 51c.

    tim shareholders will not complain surely if tim directors do placement of tim at 10c which is correct equilibrium price. look out for the tim sell down from 26c to 10c for tim.
