Well thats why you have your opinion, you believe it seems that we are looking at another crash (within the crash we've already had). I believe we may have a few more minor ups and downs but we've bottomed out within a few percent. The recovery will be slow no doubt about it and the confidence will take a while to build. Selling the tin asset now would hardly put a dint in the finance requirement of the RP project.
