A couple things to note, Meteor, the rise has been on very little dollars, similar to their big fall. (KAS did come from 16 cents.)
Secondly, and this is hard for some to comprehend, tin is not like zinc, copper, nickel or iron ore. I'd be foolish to think there isn't any storage/hoarding going on but it is certainly not in the same context as those other metals.
In comparison to KAS, CSD's tin project beats it hands down. CSD's tin price is $2k above minimal price for the project to go ahead as where KAS has another $1k or so to go. Anyway, regardless of what the tin price is now, it's only going to get more interesting.
