The problem is definitely the finance .
46 million is needed to get going (quoted to me at Noosa Conference).
That is a lot of shares at 1.2 cts a share.
So production costs may be 10 grand....but the cost to get to production is great.
The tin will be taken by the Japanese....that is definite (maybe not all) as that is why they invested in the first place.
No doubt they are pissed off as much as the rest of us.
And I have no doubt they distrust PALA . PALA charges KAS an exorbitant price for loaning them money. The japs could have offered to lend the money, but they didn't. You have to ask yourselves why not.
I believe PALA is in control ....not enough to get over the line when they tried to take full control of the company...but enough to cause major concern among their Japanese co - owners.
