Based on the amount of shares on issue, this is a value of 15 cents per share!!
But what of the extraction and treatment costs?
Under this calculation, the tin is worth about $75 per mined tonne. Not sure how much underground mining and processing costs these days, but possibly in the order of $40 per tonne? (I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm way off the mark here).
Then, factor in mine and processing plant establishment costs of about 10 - 20 million, and the total value looks to be more like $35 net profit per tonne over 3 million tonnes, less the setup costs, and you've still got about
or about 5.7 cents per share.
Sounds OK to me....but please correct me if I'm way off the mark (like I am with my footy tipping)
