Iron ore prices are not fixed so when china slow down its buying the price of Iron ore goes down, Singapore steel will pay market rates I assume this will directly affect us, look indirectly at the influences not just direct. When consumption drops supply remains steady resulting in a drop in price, hence our Iron Ore is sold at a lower price. Unless you are saying the agreement has a fixed price.
