Fiendish ,the tin stocks are actually in a strong down trend .You need to look at the cancelled warrants which are rising out of control .Every now and then large tin shipments enter or exit the warehouses ,and means very little from day to day .The trend on the stocks "on warrant " is the important figure ,and its in a strong downtrend . an increase Cancelled warrants offset some of the rise in stocks also .
