    lme stocks looks like it will drop below 2000 tomorrow.. price not moving though!? wtf!?

    apparently indonesia throttles supply to keep the price above 20k a ton so not much risk of dropping out of the price range. so a monopoly on supply, no inventory in london and not much production coming on line in 2017-19...what does it take to surge. i have to be missing something.
