yeah timelines palatable but are they realistic? When I spoke to the council representative she said probably July meeting will be the go for Taronga. Then what guarantees do we have that Taronga approvals will be granted?? No guarantees on Granville either.

I'm not trying to be a wet blanket. I feel like rural Tas/ NSW want the jobs, the applications have come this far, it is likely they will get passed at some stage...But no guarantees. More delays not out the question. And yes tin price looks great, no dispute. I remember Analysts talking up Tin 10 years ago. It will go crazy at some point, I think most base metals will.

I dont feel like we are the super smart money. Yes this is priced on the uncertainty that is for sure. I just feel like there is risk here, and if things dont play out the way you propose Blister then there is the risk that we have to raise capital at lower prices. And dilution at this point means losses.

But if the proposed timelines come through with success, (and I'm not really trying to quibble over a month on Taronga), then off the share price goes, that is a given I feel.

In my gut I feel like we raise capital. Yes tin processing is getting better, approvals in the pipeline, risk of dilution reduced due to DGR connection, a lot to like. But what about cobalt exploration? Where does the money come from for that. And do we really just start producing at Taronga straight away?? No , of course not.

I have owned small cap stocks and been flogged for a good while now (recent year an exception). Why are we $10 mill mkt cap? It's hard to say. but you could take a bearish or bullish view, and unless you have info we don't then it really tells us more about your risk tolerance and take on the market and not your chance of success.

The risk is to the downside because of the market and the need for capital. But I'm not worried about being the super smart money here. Unless they are privy to something I'm not.....which they probably are..

But if your not scared of losing 30% your ten bagger could well come easy here.
