Appreciate the feedback. Have no issues re the approach re lithium - lithium price has gone up 71% recently, as per:

But tin price has also gone up this year, 50%... and if there is tin there, I'd think someone focussed on tin, would at the very least approach PLL, and say "hey, we'll do the drilling and carry the cost of it - you grant us the access, and we'll share the profits".
So - in other words - more potential profit for PLL holders, without really, a lot of work.
