A few hours ago, Stellar tweeted this diagram. Unfortunately, with the price of tin rising, it is now out of date. Additionally, the gap appears to be getting bigger as I write and there are no workable remedies worldwide due to decade (not years) of a lack of investment in Tin exploration. In the absence of a stable and reliable source of tin, how would manufacturers, semi-conductors, solar panels, EV's, etc, etc everywhere in the globe be able to join any items together?

We really run the risk of stalling numerous manufacturing sectors in our efforts to decarbonise and electrify everything. This is a serious issue that affects every industry and is extremely widespread with our heavy reliance on basketcase countries for supply. Nothing can go wrong, even if its a small disruption in the DRC, the delicate position of Tin stocks is highlighted.

Fortunately, SRZ is in transition from explorer to producer and has a fast track strategy in place for just this kind of scenario, which it formulated a few years ago, should it come to pass.
