Don’t think they can go over 20% for a few month as with second tranche of placement settling soon they will be just under . The encouraging thing is someone else is buying, hopefully MLX and if they can secure Nero shares at say 1.5 -1.7 we have a formal takeover
I think Nero are here to facilitate a transaction , not to take them over themselves
