A close at 1.8 today is the highest close for months. Depth has built whether it’s on back of tin price closing in on $21,000/t, new directors, ore sorting announcement or the article that the board is finally suing BDO which has ultimately cost Kasbah and its shareholders millions in expenses, reputation & delays. I would have thought this would have been released as an ASX announcement as it could result in a material payout. The article written by two of the best investigative journos in Australia might give a few old directors a sleepless night because they often follow up with more articles.
