On another note I have been a regular traveler to site since 2002. It was probably on care and maintenance back then.
In about 2004 it was somewhat firing back up. Around this time I was introduced to a new locally raised mine maintenance manager by a then Skilled Engineering employee.
One night we spent a fair bit of time sinking beers nearby in Zeehan. Whilst sober he told me that the mine was most likely depleted from past operations, so didn’t expect operations to last too many years
Oh well it was just an opinion at the time. They were both good people.
