Tin project, page-20

I am trying to do some Research on the Management - does anyone know What Richard Hedstrom's background is - I don't get much detail on him aside from BDM role years ago. Am working out whether it's worth buying some of these shares as they are priced low - but there may be a reason for that and the earlier posts here seem quite alarming - I see all the detail on previous Mgt but can't get anything much on Hedstrom's background - is he a mining guy?
