It made sense for stellar to take 100% of heemskirt..with that unworkable agreement with gip, stellar with 70% had to fund the majority of the project anyway. So it made sense that they made this deal.
Now they have the freedom to advance this project and attract those institutions. I believe the savern results will be out soon especially now that they have ann the CR.
Imo these results are going to be significant and with tin prices heading upward it going to be an interesting 6 months!
