plant and employees should be cheaper, government handouts should be greater , secondhand equipment ought in part to be available and even the MOO tenements ( if bought ) would have been cheaper

there can't be many prepared to grow in this climate as even the big boys are trimming down

can't see many others investing with a cash flow

pretty much as has been said all along really
