As you said K, a very good article providing both sides of the argument.

As I understand it (from what CSD has said for quite some time) CSD will be a "low-cost" producer. That should give it a fair bit of leverage.

The view about usage in China is largely conjecture. Is it also possible that producers are making a loss at current prices? Will the govt buy it at a set price or the prevailing market price?
