Tantalum is off slightly to around $US117lb, ( still a robust figure for project finance economics ) however, tin has had a recent surge & closing in on $23k again.

2) July 24 = "Coffey was previously engaged by KfW as its ITA and the parties expect that this familiarity will allow them to act and report promptly." Near seven weeks has elapsed. Has the Coffey report been completed & submitted to the consortium for consideration ? If no, have Coffey given an indication time line for this ?
