if we follow the bouncing ball there is literally no one domestically and very few globally that are in a position to provide tin leverage. Existing mines are on ramp down and are globally mostly privately held. there are some in cornwall that are restablishing but they are years off blowing the dust of the 90 year old mines, the aim listed africa job is exploration and won't be ready... there is no where to channel money even if they wanted too, aside from ANW.

I don't alot about rio or how the big fish operate, maybe they want a green feilds site. However, in my head there isn't anywhere to go except for MLX or us.
