If you buzzed him and he is holding station then, he is preparing an announcement.
There is no need to send an announcement before Easter if the news is crap. Unless of course he has really crap news and he trying to take a bath in the 1/4 before the next CR. The only crap news it could be is
1) Ground too wet ( price back to 1.5 cents or so)
2) Our tin sux in Malaysia and Traxys have moved out. ( price drop but a recovery)

But i am thinking he may be announcing ground disturbing activities.

Call me Bipolar. I have been called worse. But this could be good. Maybe those that bought today have just outwitted the "in the know" down rampers trying lower the tide.
