    I'd be thinking they need more money to reach the next chapter.
    This current quarter ends this week and previous forecasts were, there would be only $500,000 left, that's if they kept to the budget.
    You gotta pay the diggers to dig the hole, then you've gotta line it with your poly-plastic-rubber gear and then run the company for another 3 months with no income ? How do you do that ?
