Hahahah yes very true, and like you said especially if this tin price keeps upping then we could have the big guys falling over themselves to get a chunk of our tin play... it'd be a great step towards luring a financing deal.
I was thinking the exact same ... "speculative" seems like the 'don't blame us if you lose your money' clause, though i did add a few of them that were mentioned in the article to my watchlist to do some further investigation on.
