Thanks Tarampa for reference to the EPA document and it's Environmental Impact Statement guidelines from May 2022.

While it addresses the environmental aspects, it appears to not provide answers to the time sequencing of transition of wet screening plant at Riley and or Livingstone, to wet screening at Mt Lindsay with the same equipment, which was my only question at present.
However, I am sure the mine planning for Lindsay will attempt to take relevant variables into account. Just how they do this while doubts remain over when and if any IO shipments could be economically possible is still unknown.

If IO production cannot provide any funding for Mt Lindsay, then the WA assets could hold much potential, as many have already suggested.
