It might be worth drawing attention to the following extract from the Feb 18 announcement:
"We are currently planning the second drill program which will begin in the second quarter of 2016 and will target the shallow high grade lithium zone that we believe will form the basis of the initial mining operation at Cinovec"
Also, in one the video presentations Keith mentioned that he met in Frankfurt on Feb 11th with "one of the largest lithium producers in the world", whom we have assumed to be Albemarle, regarding potential off-take / partnership. Given the colossal financial resources at their disposal (they purchased Rockwood Lithium for $6.2 billion), it would not be beyond the realms of possibility to fast-track Cinovec operations and comfortably begin mining operations on the shallow high-grade lithium zone.
