As others have mentioned, we need a strong lift in performance from Nifty to get MLX back on track - fingers crossed, management and the mining workforce will work together and achieve this.

The other thing that I wanted to mention is tin. Personally, I see this as a real sleeper. As Aqua65 posted on 24/01/19, refer article as per link below:

An extract of this article is below:

“The Massachusetts Institute of Technology has researched key new technologies that will influence future metal demand and the specific metals that those technologies will require.”

The chart below summarises MIT’s analysis.

Metals impacted by new technologies, according to MIT. Source

Whilst most of the hype to date has focussed on Lithium and Cobalt, this chart indicates that tin demand will be a major beneficiary of new technologies going forward. This makes sense to me (as a non - technical person), as I do know that tin is used in lots of solders etc which are used in electronics etc to bind contacts and wires together.

The tin market is relatively small and illiquid and significant changes in demand have the potential to significantly impact the tin price. MLX is one of the few publicly listed tin producers (I'm not aware of any others on the ASX), and will be a major beneficiary of any strong move upwards in the Tin price. GLTA and DYOR
