Perhaps the offer of funding from DGR came after they decided to shut everything down , so perhaps didn't have available funds at the time of the breakdown, but now do. But seems they need to suddenly become strategic, which is a new word in PW's vocabulary, which just goes to show why he is paid the big bucks.
