I doubt that's the case. Revenue/sales is a critical piece of information that every reasonable inestor expects to be made aware of. As such it falls under string disclosure rules and must be communicated to the ASX immediately unpon the company becoming aware of the information. Namely, as soon as they make sales, they must announce.

This is particularly true to new projects and where the company is known to have very limited financial resources (as ANW does now).

The ASX Listing Rule 3.1 Immediate notice of material information provides: “Once an entity is or becomes aware of any information concerning it that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity's securities, the entity must immediately tell ASX that information.'”
