Point taken Mike but would it still fall under that rule if they haven't actually made a sale ? Remember that for ANWs offtake with Traxys payment is made - ex mine gate - therefor they could have pending sales stockpiled and ready to go...... just not actually out the gate yet .
As i said its pure fantasy by me anyway , just something that crossed my mind and i thought i'd throw it ut there.
