Think people need to relax.. yes cash may be low but they have way 2 much at stake to just let this go down the drain!
Its not exactly ethical to just start spouting "liquidation, Receivership, ect" Lind have supported us every step of the way and if required i think they will be happy to stump up another Credit note with similar terms, we have been very good to Lind and they love to make money... i would bet a LIND deal 10:1 over liquidation, or even 100:1....
