The ann titled''ESI signs its biggest deal'' suggests the 6 billion includes all required infrastructure costs. ie rail etc
I do however, find it strange that in the Intersuisse report a 2mt/pa plant costs $600m and a 20mt/pa plant costs $6 billion.
Surely there are some economy of scale benefits relating to capex??
It would be interesting to see how management came up with these figures. Imo they're rubbery because it's still early days and the Company is yet to formally kick off any RFP/RFT process to ascertain the real cost.
