they could start buying as now the project is DERISKED,.
They are in the right market segment, re Carbon Tax and world wide push to lower carbon emissions.
Coldry at under $45 per ton ,vs black coal at over $100 per ton ,any investor can see the potential in the maths.
Cashed up La Jolla may want to become a corner stone investor, IMO will not stay below Tincom issue price.
