Bacchus Marsh / La Trobe etc etc is splitting hairs on that point. It is really a question of supply. ESI have that without question. MNM may never get a mining lease and could find themselves cap in hand to the incumbent miners in the La Trobe valley.
I think this is the key point of the argument and a real headache for MNM.
A take over by MNM of ESI is probably the low road compared to other options.
