Just a quick question, what do esi and tincom still have to negotiate? Is it just a matter of how much is to be trasferred at this stage? I would have thought everything would have been decided by now and it is just formalities? Is this correct, surely all the negotiating has been done. At this stage i'm still happy with progress and will only have questions if the feasability scope study is delayed. Should be an interesting couple of weeks coming up.
