try getting thermal coal supply at above 5700 calorific value for a secured 25 year plus guaranteed jorc resource for the next 500 years.
at less than $70 per ton,delivered.Almost impossible except in Mongolia,only if they have a coldry plant operating.
coal demand for Vietnam hasn't changed but the price of Indonesian thermal coal now at $130 per ton and rising.
Ministers in the communist country lost there jobs plus loss of credibility for failing to secure long term coal supply ,doubt they would want to upset the prime minister of Vietnam .
