Yep,,,,but it's of no concern really,,, if you want to know why they changed it,,, you have to ask,,,, who owns the pack bed drying tech that can obtain these levels + the water reclamation tech ??,,, why doesn't it improve the competing tech's CO2 emission levels?? why has their waste water all of a sudden become,,, all pure water ?? and why hasn't the heat required to run it also been changed from medium to high,,, along with the percentage of total lost energy...

They'll get it right after they build it and tweek it for a decade or so,,, or at least agree on the stats in that time.

Who knows,,,, by 2020 bce prices may have risen enough to allow for more marginal techs to make profits ??

Another interesting set of comparitive stats on that link refers to the coldry pilot plant operating for 7 years and extensive data available.

There are 4 short listed techs,,, but pyrolisis and pressure based methods are old tech variations that consume lots of power,,, fluidised bed techs are inefficient too,, where as Coldry is a naturally efficient low power consuming tech.... ( but we knew that ),,, better bang for your buck tends to win on the day. Pollies spun HRL,,,got a little red faced after comparing stats with other techs a while back,,, and spun it off the books if favour of fluidised bed tech,,, which also left em red faced,,, ( An ex ESI king spin doctor told me as much 4 years ago )

2012 is the year we see certain techs on the winners podium.
