I imagine that the exact site itself will be paid for by Tincom, as an aspect of their own play.
**They are buying into our play, but we are not buying into theirs, rather getting a substantial cut when it is completed within the balance of the synergy we are both a part of.
Your Qu was essentially about real estate and we wont own the real estate any more than the deal they thro us in general and whether or not the 'deed' is a part of it.
