I am assuming that you are accessing the URL from Australia.
Have you considered the possibility that the server may be filtering out Philippine IP's, and the site is in the process of having its links sorted out?
I hope the URL redirects Philippine users now and when the new structure works well it will be visible in the Philippines.
How such an arrangement would not be a wall-banger for someone in Oz ordering for someone in the Philippines I don't know.
