I’d be surprised if PIL goes belly up because there is some value. The challenge is determining what that value is. Given the current circumstances I’d say 1c per share is a premium. This might be a sticking point. An issue below 1c will start to dilute those already committed.
As far as the quarterly is concerned it would probably take a couple of days to prepare. The delay will be related to something that is imminent and that requires disclosure - either insolvency or a new funding partner.
