So what your saying is hes damned if he does,damned if he doesnt??.....He gets shot down for announcing news,gets shot down for not announcing news....the man cant win!!!......this ann as i see it is a followup off the ann late last year when he metioned that the chinese would be back to have another look over the projects RAU has got going,it(in the ann back then)mentioned nothing about visiting Mt Carbine........
