it's become pretty clear they had no idea even before they drilled Yakal & Tindalo.
if they'd had some people with "smart head" on their shoulder we probably wouldn't be in this position.
if the board thinks it "wasn't" there lack of experience which has put us where we are today then we will still be up that famous creek.
somehow i feel that the board doesn't have the balls to make major changes, some people in their eye's can't do anything wrong.
perhaps they should have consulted someone like "Paul Moore" before they even started the drilling. why Paul Moore..????
1) major experience in the oil industry with solid degree's.
2) major hands on experience with Pinnacle Reefs.
i actually thought that between Nido & Kairiki they had people who could drill a pinnacle reef without having probelms. how wrong can someone be. a certain director gave people a glowing reference.
if they do screw up Gindara or Lawaan Prospects you can't blame anyone expect the board. it's there responsibility to make sure they have the right people.
for example you don't have an "accountant, landscape gardener, Veterinarian, registered nurse or bank robber as a CEO.
