What shareholder would buy a SPP at 30c, only the mentally derrainged. BWD needed capital and they found a great way to get it as good prices, via a placement to a large investment partner being Tinkler who was willing to pay the premium for the stake and board seats.
A SPP at the time tinlker was allocated shares would have been at 15c or so, the SP would still be around there or lower!
I dont see how Noble are screwing anyone, they wont be able to take this company over if we all say no to any bids. Tinkler can now guide the board and with any luk he and Noble will buy us out at 50c plus.
