Tinkler isnt a miner he is a trader, just like Big Clive. Obviously he believes even 30c per share is cheap. The market certainly likes this news and for good reason. If they can prove up 3 billion tonnes near existing rail at South Pentland all they need then is port allocation and the foreign cash will arrive. He might even beat Gina and Big Clive as the first to export from that once so called white elephant, the Galillee basin.
