Not 'celebrating'.
Just pointing out that EOC took the route of keeping their register open rather than let one investor get a large blocking stake at 55 cents.
Some people might want a quick offer; some people might want to hang around for a bigger payoff later on. But either way, EOC seems determined to extract the maximum value out of their assets.
Isn't that a positive sign?
