If we forgot the whole situation with tinky for a second and focus on WHC and its current business, it needs money. whc is a basket case. forgot the 5.20 bid & focus on WHC current business, it is struggling. unfortunately this silly bid has disrupted WHC focus and the poor little shareholder is going to pay the final price
