Tinkler Group proposal to take over WHC is not proceeding.
WHC take-over is off the table. Now, Tinkler Group will focus on other business.
What are the reasons for not proceeding WHC takeover ?
If WHC take-over is too big for them too manage, Tinkler Group will now look at smaller targets, such as BWD, probably.
